Cajus was presented with the title: Stallion of the year 2009 at The National Stallion Show in Herning. Proud and self-confident Cajus entered the main arena to receive his award – not noticing the crow of nearly 4.000 spectators applauding him this grand title.

Commentator Poul Gravgaard from the election committee: “ Please welcome this super show jumping star – Owned by Kari and Jack Christiansen, Arnum, Denmark”.

He continued “I am sorry to say that this stallion was way ahead of his time – In the beginning of his career his was misjudged and not seen for his actual qualities – He was then and still is a great example of the modern show jumper – He revenged himself by his achievements in the show jumping arena as well in his offspring and still he represent the future for breeding show jumpers”.

Cajus was crowned/graded in 1997. He exceeded in free jumping and was granted the highest score 10 for his performance. He is internationally recognized by his bronze medal in Zangersheide as a 6 year-olds and by winning his first Grand Prix in 2003. He also sire three crowned/graded sons
